Skills: Tuck, Layout, and Full

Strength & Flexibility Classes

​Class Goals:

  • This class aligns with athletes who want to fly or gain flexibility for skills.

  • Build body flexibility within skills while fine tuning body awareness. ​

  • Train jumps to improve placement of each skill. 

  • Work body control and growth depth of flexibility.

FLEXIBILITY

Performance & Confidence

Class Goals:

  • Help athletes gain confidence in performance through showmanship practices.

  • Support athletes in growing into their skill set to maximize the bottom of the subjective scoresheet.

  • Teach athletes to believe in themselves.

ATHLETE CONFIDENCE

Please Note for all Classes, Camps, & Training Sessions:

Virtus Athletics does not allow anyone in to

the training facility to observe. 

At the end of each four week training session we allow families to come in for the last 15 minutes of class to see their athlete's growth across the month.
